Have excellent to work upon, since am a new joinee, am unaware of the promotion and appraisal. Work culture is too good and it's all a new learning experience here.

Dislikes

Lack of HR co-ordination especially for the new joinees. Lack of knowledge sharing of company policies. Hopefully it should be rectified.
