I accepted this offer as I was shown a carrot by the HR General manager about the growth and prospect of Technical Support fucntion in Center of Excellence(just bigger words thrown in air during the interview). Under the name of high performance culture the manager simply sucks out the life out of the employee escatly like a tyrantrule and they boast about it. If you get an opportunity under the technical Support fucntion in which any where in the interview process you come accross a bald guy(initials M A) with good physique, DO NOT JOIN THIS TEAM! No matter whatever salary hike you get, you will repent on the decision of choosing this team. He is a biased person and will only create problems for you. There is no learning but simply the fear of what bad will happen next. Those who oppose him are targetted and eventually leave the Org or are thrown out. Professional work environment is zero. His stooges are diverse employees with whom he chooses to spend most of his time, they also get all the credits, perks and promotions. No matter to whom is escalated it is of no use. The head of HR does not bother to take any action inspite diverse employees raising major concerns. Raise your voice portal is for name sake. I have wasted my time for the tenure I worked here. Candidates hired in a month are asked to leave under the name of org structuring. HR is an abstarct fucntion and they will change their statement as per their will....Read More

Management is partial, favouring to favourite is in the veins of Gurgaon business centre. No matter how much shortage of employees the work life balance is worst ever i have seen here, unnecessary stretching shifts, unnecessary dual work, no proper planing, keep on trying hut and trial methods. Managers who are from different backgrounds are aligned to processes they never worked, even 0% knowledge of process but they are leading by their own ways, they even don’t know how to process ad how process runs but they want numbers and production to shine their image in front of upper management they don’t even care how team member are suffering. Management is saying IJP is the only way to promote and growth but most of the teams still having the promotions in the same teams because of ugly politics and favouring management. If you ever try to speak or register feedback about management then word to word are copied or conveyed to the same manager against whom you register feedback or complaint with your name and now they will target you. If you are thinking it’s captive unit then don’t join because the management turned it into a Lala company where you will do the work according to manager way not the organisation setup.
