I have worked in josh talks and my experience was not good. Although i made friends and learned many things from them.

1. Favouritism- Work culture is bad and if you are favorite person of Head, you will get promoted very soon. 2. Coffee- Bad Coffee 3. I joined company with lots of hopes. One day I fired without prior information, I thought they just did with me but they same for all they fired 50-60 percent workforce from content and UPSC department and first they hired on maximum package then they force them to work on less or leave the company. I think some time happen with allbut doing this is not fare. If you don’t have budget then why you do scam to all. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">Giving good salary is only I think to employee but giving good culture, good environment and learning growth phase to them is a real gem company. </mark>In India some startup think are those who think they can buy workforce and then fire them.
