There is nothing you like in the company Only while joining HR and MD give lot stories.

Dislikes

No work culture, company is not process oriented, MD is final decision maker , even for 10Rs. All top management have no authority only go to MD . Long hold decision people struggle for every thing. MD look for opportunities to deduct variable and salary. Always threat people to fire.

Always tension, waiting for decission and approval from management

Company is in transition phase to adhere with Joyson Global but due to rude management the policies couldn't be implemented. I have heard last year a HR policy was rolled out but still it is not implemented due to rude behaviour of India MD. Globally Joyson is good place to work in Safety Industry.

Dislikes

No Team Work, No team building culture. Managers take advantage of their subordinate performance. No bonus, prize and No incentive. No basic facilities like Drinking Water..

Work Details

Hectic & Terrible due to poor management of projects.. No training on Projects are provided and hence everything gets haphazard.. Poor planning and poor management by rude MD
