Company culture very good but it also depends on your reporting boss. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to work with a good team. But I am glad that I have started my career with this great organization.

Work-life balance is not there. No one cares about you if you do not achieve your targets in sales. no appraisal, they will tell you that you will get the chance to study in IIM through JSW Paints but in reality so far only 1 CRO has gotten that chance. No Proper Training you will getAfter 6 months of joining 1 HR Induction happened with me. very high travelling on two-wheelers around 100km per day DA only 200. it's a good job if you get the chance to work in your home town.
