Interests in job roles should be considered, but there is currently no system for it. 2. Work-Life Balance: A six-day workweek, rotational shifts, and long commutes to accommodation hinder work-life balance. 3. Better Training: Proper work training for new hires is necessary as they lack experience. Throwing them directly into work makes their tasks significantly unclear, leading to underconfident and stress. 4. Developing Good Work Culture: A good work culture should encourage and motivate each individual, supporting the growth of everyone. Instead of viewing others as competitors, employees should see them as teammates. 5. Proper Hygiene: Hygienic toilet facilities, drinking water, and canteens are missing in some areas. 6. Inter-Divisional Collaboration: Collaboration among all divisions, such as electrical, mechanical, and operations, is lacking. Instead of addressing problems collectively, divisions avoid issues not related to their own. This behavior increases misunderstandings and quarrels between divisions, which can be avoided through teamwork. 7. Quality Food: Good food is missing. 8. They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.
