Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.

Generally speaking, my work is manpower handling, production target achieve, maintain 5`S in shop floor, 4M change in line, training new associate and DET, change over different types of model etc

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
