They are saved all hotel staffs in the covid pandemic situation.they are didn't cut the salary in that situation and they are provide good hospitality ,good guests satisfaction . Expetiolly the salary ,give good salary with incriment in every year include bonus

its help but they reduce staff and salary 40% cut every month which create lots of problems for professional and personal life its affect our work totally.

there has nothing to dislike about this hotel. yes, they don't provide good salary to associate according to all hotel and this is a luxury brand. If they solve this issue nobody leave this company for many years.

The working environment is good and the staff is very polite and helpful they have a huge cafeteria and the menu changes as per the week. They provide a good bonus at the time of diwali and new year.

Very poor . An average person should work for 48 hours in a week . Instead in JW Marriott CHANDIGARH peolpe are working for 16-18 hours a day on half salary .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Well I have been laid off as they Marriott couldn't sustain with 6months business lows. However the hotel owner(not Marriott) did compensate with 6 month salary.

Dislikes

Office politics kills the culture. Promotions are based on connectivity and not results. Appraisals are barely a formality. Boss way or Highway is what demotivates. Job Band doesn't hold any meaning not sure why this exist.
