Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The team spirit, the ambience, the mutual understanding and what not. JW gave me some of the best memories. Even in the pandemic, everyone remained optimistic and most importantly didn’t leave a single chance to help.

Dislikes

Expansion. There’s so much more JW can do but it holds back.

Working there was a great opportunity for me. I learnt a lot there working in team, new ideas, self development and many more.

Long duty hours was just a great excuse you can say but I tried to cope up with it simultaneously.

Good work environment and ambience. The cafeteria food is really well it keeps employees motivated. They keep regular training sessions which helps us to learn new things.

Dislikes

The staff needs to be more supportive towards each other. Low work life balance. Under staffed, so the employees need to work for long hours.
