Comparatively new staff colleagues are friendly in nature. HR team seems supportive.

Dislikes

Unsaid rules follows within the old employees. Few are hard working but many are ok enjoying others works and eating there credits too. Many things are stereotype and management people are baised.

Work Details

A bit struggling and having friction. Need a big time inter dept synchronisation. Few things are missing to drive flowless.
