The salary and benefits is good.

I would not say that the company is bad but the staff and the management is really really poor.There is lots,(when I say lots means it's beyond something else we can't measure) of partiality between the staffs & and the agents there. When I say staff I would like to mention the TL's and the agents..The TL and the agents they are close enough like bff so like when it comes to payments or something else...there is always partiality and when we have issue they always try it give it another name and then forget the issues and take it lightly.. There is lots of negligence in the office.There are times when the TL and agents just go out from office at mid- night..enjoy and come back..that's how the scenario in the office is....Read More
