The experience working at kastech was hopeless. There is no learning and no growth.

Dislikes

There is no hierarchy. No structure. The newly appointed manager who is unaware of his job can put the gun on your shoulders and kick you out. People sitting on top positions knowing all this still will be blind. Whenever the senior person wants he can kick you out of the company.
