There is nothing which is good in this company. This is the worst company I have ever seen. Fire and Hire policy. Every year they hire like 20 members from the team of 40 members, The management including Ravi, Pratap, Ashwin, Krishna Mohan and Khushboo play games with the employees. Do not trust anyone in the company, it will damage your mental health. These managers act like watchman and their idea of skill development is a joke. The reality is they hire and fire people for the billing, In our team they were 20 members, each week they fired 1 employee and fired 15 members. One day, the head of the launch literally said - You are all working for our paycheck....Read More

no job security no cabs no cafeteria no IJP options . management is not helpful. submitting tax documents is manually done and it is a big task. they will give you award for performance and next month put you in PIP for no reason. if you say something they ask you to look for another job
