Opinion on Eigen : Big % of Variable pay is shown in your CTC but u won't get even 50% of that. Top man here only knows how to humiliate employees using words unheard of. Its a pain every second to be with him because he throws only personal slurs. Strategy is, hire new persons; trouble them from day one as they cannot look for new job at least an year. Fire them after a year or so. This is how unit head and top man are holding to their chair as they are getting paid huge amount. Please think, verify these points before joining....Read More
