Working at KEM Hospital pune as a pharmacist had a great experience, the co- ordination between senior and junior employees was good and the culture also good , have job security , have good appriasal system conducted every year and provide salary according to hospital norms . Overall everything is good.

Dislikes

Firstly need lots of patience to handle every worst condition if there happen during working. Mist of the time nothing worst condition happened but if then be patient.

Intresting job ! If one need to do buisness further then lits of thing here to learn from the system of Hospital and good management always works here.
