I have been working in Kesineni Cargo for past 2 years. Working independently with support of superiors. Management is good. Work life balance is good. The salary part needs improvement. Yearly appraisal of salary not carried out regularly.

Dislikes

Late disbursal of Salary to employees leading to higher rate of attrition.
