There is a lot of politics and the management dosen't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow , knowledgeing related no growth in store management,. Working at KFC has taught me a lot in the past 6 years i have been with them, i have adapted to the work environment to the extent that its like my home the team and the love we all have for each other makes it easy to work things and get things done. The training is fully provided via e-learning which is a very good way as it gets to teach all the work procedures in detail and you can actually do it even at your own spare time. The job is secured cause as long as you understand the code of conduct and get to do things the right way there is no one after you. Carrier growth has been a challenge as i dont understand which criteria they use im saying so because i have seen people coming from outside to take positions when there is qualified people within. The salary is average as it gets us to live a day to day life but as to luxuries and staff it doesn't go that far. there is no travelling opportunities unless maybe you are transferred to a new branch. Overally i would say its not a bad place to be if they can improve on their appraisal and benefits policies....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Cash register problems, Team members taking leave without notice or not atleast 4 hours before their shift starts, absence of cleaning shift during closing of the store, overtime and the work pressure is high
