I regret to share my profound disappointment regarding my four-year tenure at KFintech. Unfortunately, my experience has been marked by several concerning issues that I believe are imperative to address. One of the most glaring drawbacks is the lack of promotional opportunities and salary hikes. Despite dedicating four years of service to the company, I have seen no acknowledgment of my efforts in the form of career advancement or financial appreciation. The floor management, particularly the behavior of my immediate manager, has been nothing short of arrogant. This has not only contributed to a toxic work environment but has also hindered professional growth. Equally disheartening is the apparent indifference of the HR department. I have found them consistently unhelpful in addressing employee concerns or facilitating necessary processes. It is disconcerting that an HR department, which should ideally be a resource for employees, falls short in providing any substantial support. Moreover, there is an outstanding amount that was deducted from my salary a year ago, and despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation, the amount has not been returned. This lack of financial transparency is both unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company's integrity. In light of these issues, I feel compelled to express that KFintech, in my experience, is far from an ideal workplace. The combination of stagnant career growth, an unsupportive work culture, and unaddressed financial discrepancies make it, in my opinion, a challenging and unsatisfactory place to work. No relations what so ever .Ho being in other state never responds to our call on time and the worst part is the work to salary ratio . After 2 years of work 300 rupee was the increment I got.
