I think that in 2024, 11 every job should not have a salary of Rs 12000, it should be more than this. And bonus is very bad Only 3500 in 2024

Internal politics is always at high, what support, they have asked me to leave. Had already resigned and sitting at home.

Dislikes

Dislike, my career biggest mistake was that I had joined Khadim. Advice to all people please avoid Khadim at all cost. Come what may you will be thrown out any time. Hire and Fire scene is always on the list.

Nothing.except health insurance that too after 6 month if you get confirmation or else you would be thrown out without mentioning any reason.
