Not appreciating new ideas generated by down the line team members rather hiding them or show on their personals names. Few top management people are not ready to change their old mindset and try to drive the things with old mindset. Insecurity reflects on top management people with every better task you perform. Should Easily Accept the change in the mindset of the team members and change happening for the good. Insecurity reflects on few of the top management people with each task you perform. Internal dirty politics and dependency on few of the too management team restricting to growth of the company. Nothing much to like. Only salaries are always in time. Had less business but MD never talked about problem to find solution despite off knowing the fact he kept blaming sales team. Pathetic thinking.

MD shold apply his mind to take any decision instead of listing others and take decision based others comment. . . Management does not address issue properly. Internal politics Plant level politics Plant shold always be customer focused. Internal meeting should be avoided some time for customer. Factory manager intend not to cater domestic customer resulting in poor business performance in plastic division. Job Security and Work Culture was very good. Top management always used to care for the employees. Incase needed all necessary support / help was extended whenever required.

Dislikes

Inter departmental coordination was very good. Lot of training activities were conducted to enhance their technocommercial skills. Work environment was very good. No hard feelings for KK Nag Organization as a whole.

I was heading Breezair Business Group ( Channel Partners for Seelay International Australia ) dealing in Evaporative Air Cooling Systems which as an Eco Friendly and Energy Efficient product introduced in Indian market.
