No work life balance. Pittance for salary. HR Head Naidu harrases women. He was once thrown out of igate for similar allegations. Rampant verbal abuse of female staff. No professional development. No appraisals in the whole time I was there- 7 years!! Top management makes salaries running into crores by cost-cutting of staff salaries and hiring substandard teachers</mark>. Too many POCSO cases-all sushed up. Terrible place to work. It's worse for unsuspecting parents...Read More

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. </mark>Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

There is no increment in the salary, despite putting so much of efforts for career growth, they wont see our strengths. They take very lightly on PF and FnF i struggled a lot in getting my PF right and finally following with them daily i got it done. Full and final settlement was wrongly updated by my CD and till date i havent got my half amount....Read More

It was challenging because there was a heavy schedule to maintain but somewhere we will come to know our performance by achieving the target. They motivate us by giving the gem of the month , for teachers who had done the best performance in that month.

Nothing. Overworked, underpaid and unsatisfied staff. Overpaid and egoistic management.

Dislikes

Mass retrenchment during COVID. Harrasment of women. Recruited teaching staff with questionable skills just to meet ratios. Too much work pressure. Horrible top management who call themselves "leaders"! Top management is mostly overpaid men who get 50 lakhs and above salaries and very generously approve yearly Rsnd-color: #fff5e4;">.500 increment to teaching staff!!!
