Nothing , Top Management is totally biased and grumpy. No Word of Mouth and they always impose their decision on a verge of Experience Years even if it is incorrect and unethical.

Dislikes

No Job Security , Their Top Management push employees to resign by their own if they can not tolerate employees. HOD of HR is very arrogant , She always works for Top Management no questions raised for an employees who have grievances or not satisfied. No Guidance on Career development and Politics in each department for Salary Hike. No Knowledge sharing culture. No Flow of Information from Top to Bottom Management. They assign particular work and then no answers on how it is going to contribute towards overall work. Middle and top management is full of greedy and unethical....Read More
