1. Work from office 5 days a week. Not much flexibility 2. Business logic is complex but you don't get to learn much that is useful outside. 3. Some of the people who have been in the company since inception are extremely toxic. So much so that they yell at their managers and managers can't say much. 4. Quite a bit of office politics when it comes to appraisals.
