Job security is none . 20%.As they don't allow employees to settle in job giving false reasons of unsatisfactory performance and demoralising employees . In my working period i have not recieved appointment letter though they have collected all my academic documents and experience certificate from previous organisation. overall theydon't allow employees to settle in organisation unless they feel to do so.Since it's proprietary firm director dictate his terms on employees....Read More
