Good Policy decisions Discipline maintained at any cost Management became stronger when unions became strong Salary hike was linked to productivity.

Giving too much liberty to some union leaders and not questioning about their productivity.

Work Details

Work was interesting.as a blue collared worker and president of the union, workers and management company were very co operative. Purchase dept activities gave good exposure to products in the market. Visit to parent factory at Frankenthal (Germany)
