This company is a disaster. Mismanagement is at its peak. From a lack of resources to disorganized operations, nothing is handled properly. Expect no appreciation for your work, and be prepared to deal with a toxic atmosphere where respect is hard to come by. People are left to figure things out on their own, especially with the clown heads that are present. Mediocre people seem to be the ones who get ahead, while those who actually work and perform well are left in the dust.
