This company job security is medium. Here very partiality to apart from tamil people. Management teams are not bad. Salary and career growth increase is very slow.

Dislikes

Here mainly operator job for diploma engineer , They doesn't provide proper training to enhance your skill and knowledge about machine related. They didn't support educational assistance .

Work Details

This job is not bad but I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job as a operating CNC, vmc, BTA, Machine .

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Have no job security, hard working. Salary paid last date of month. Pf, bonus, Esic will provide. Subsidised food and free transport provided.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management only focus on local employees. there only load unload work .... Like vmc , BTA, casting department. Salary and career both are slowly grow. From first day start your job and get machine. Have no proper training. Salary will provide low compared to local company. Senior local employees behaviour is very bad for other state employees

This job is quite interesting! But every time struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.
