In my opinion lactos company is excellent when we talk about developing skill set or learning new things but if you do inevnet new or help the company to improve process of any product they did not recognize your ability. Also there is no growth in this company for an ex. My seniors here since 2015 and there is no growth in it just they hike there salary only 30% as compared to joing. So overall experience is good....Read More
