I worked as system engineer in lauren with client TIAA for 1.6 years in pune location. When it comes to work as service desk engineer have to handle calls and chats . Awesome team members and manager was so helpful . Overall experience was good 😊.

Dislikes

There isn't maternity insurance in this company , maternity leave is there 6months paid one .

A good place to work... senior's and leads are approachable...A lot of training sessions including technical and personal grooming is easily approachable....AVP's and HR is always available to help...They not only encourage you but also guide you to grow....i loved it here...got my best mentors here...
