1. Leadership is incompetent and tends to assess people in the domain they lack competency. (Communication, English Language, operations, organizational structure leadership skills etc. 2. Overt and excessive use of ChatGPT and similar tools for their business ( even coding) is their 'Modus Operandi', which leads to little gain of skills for the lower to mid level employees and risk for business continuity and security. Exit opportunities are drastically impacted because of such work environment 3. Favoritism runs rampant like any other 'lala' company. The favourites are let off the hook for everything 4. No Feedback mechanism, no performance appraisal mechanism, HR head being there in the company has only done the job of a messenger and form filling assistant (TA is done through contractors, time keeping is done through delivery managers, payroll is done though finance, resource management is done my DM etc. etc.) 5. People are sacked with falsification of Data and proof. Because of lack of projects, people are let go with just one months notice. Their approach is to seek people who are b/w jobs or are off of it so that they can be quickly absorbed and churned 6. Lack of self sourced revenue, sales process is all over the place, with no scope of improvement because of weak leadership 7. **Unethical** revenue recognition and inflation of revenue 8. The worst part is, they are aware of all of this and they get agreements signed so that no one can voice this out. Be careful if you are approached by them and read carefully what you sign. The clauses are absolutely against labour policies in India 9. False promises and misinformation during interview process and agreement signing 10. Proper team management skills are scarce and quite understandable because they have no one to look up to. 11. Please talk to them and interview these personalities yourself to assess them yourselves...Read More
