You get to learn a lot of new things. You handle many different kinds of work which overall improves your learning if you are a new graduate

Dislikes

No fixed working hours. In the morning you have handle site work. And in the evening the boss comes in at 5:30 then everyone has to work till 8 pm. This happens almost daily. Also their salary timings is not fixed. They are even not able to pay salary for 2-3 months
