they have in house accommodation which is subject to availability but if you can get it its ideal if you live in mumbai but just need it for call days. so thats good if you wanna take a short nap but not so good if you are new in the city since the rooms are shared between atleast 6 people ( the rooms are big though) , also the rooms are not ventilated which is a huge problem since it can get suffocating humid and stinky real fast. also the house keeping is pathetic like not at all what you would expect from lilavati. The crowd however, at lilavati is pretty good the residents are all high rankers and usually polite and knowledgeable since they are being trained by one of the nations finest. The pay therefore is decent but since the area is expensive it can make a large impact on your salary making it seem low....Read More

Dislikes

the house keeping department is really really bad almost like no one is monitoring it. and the rooms for residents should atleast have ventilation. the rooms have 1 window each all of which are sealed making fungus grow literally everywhere which they have to clean, which they donot clean until the next year.

Work Details

morning rounds, evening rounds, treatment sheets and investigations monitoring. communication with consultants. occasional weekly covid duty with 3 days quarantine afterwards.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)
