Livspace was my third company that I worked with. I worked with them for 5 long years, because I loved the work culture, and salary structure, the appraisals, work-life balance, and the opportunities to learn and grow. During my tenure with them, I had the chance to work with multiple clients and hone my professional skills. I got to learn about how various departments overlap and work in tandem with each other for one goal: serving clients from all over the world. I had a great time, indeed! My only problem with Livspace was too far away from my new place of dwelling.

There is nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

Extremely poor work culture with no sense of job stability.Management is highly unprofessional—managers offer no guidance or support. HR is unresponsive and fails to address employee concerns. Employees are overburdened and treated unfairly, with expectations to work excessively without regard for well-being. Compensation is inconsistent and not aligned with the work pressure or expectations.
