Good company to work. Work culture is very nice. Friendly environment. Specially team lead was very helpful during learning process. Team mate was also very helpful. Best company for freshers.

The Company is very good for learning, has employee friendly environment. The management of the company is also very good and is easily approachable to all the employees including freshers.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, only the parking space arrangement should be there. Rest all things, management is doing their best.

Company is very good for QA/freshers who wants to learn. We can contact directly to director or any senior managers directly without any hasitation. Work culture is great.

Dislikes

Company is having lot of issues as very low appraisal policy even though you work very hard. Skills are stuck at one point as projects are not having that much technology. Seniors/lead are doing their personal work in offices as there is no one to track them. Parking is very worst and the watchman is very rude to everyone and drinking alcohol daily in office premises. No process and their is no control of management as only directors are taking decisions....Read More

Work Details

My project was domestic and without process so there is nothing to say much on this. If you make you efforts at last then also people will prove you wrong. Team leads are very worst in domestic project as not taking any responsibility.
