1) salary on time 2) celebrate staff birthday 3) Calibration of all festival together 4) good management 5) Full support & freedom from senior 6) learning all sessions related to work & health.

Dislikes

1) No proper increment as per hard work 2) Partially during increment & promotion 3) No quarterly bonus for L4,L5 staff which is working ground level 4) Manager have lots of facility below level lack of facility

Compensation was not decent.

Generally speaking, as get to work closely with my Manager and HOD. It will be a great learning experience.
