Terrible work environment. Very unprofessional as far as salary calculation is concerned. No proper biometric system in place. Just a register to sign in that too if you miss on any day they would deduct salary inhumanly. No support is given to the new joinees. The old and ancient ones donot welcome anyone in their kingdom!! Extremely unhealthy environment.

There's a lot to learn, but the management is terrible.

The management can be more supportive of the staff rather than choosing to cater to the needs of the parents and students. The staff is the backbone of the institution.
