You get salary on time You work in fintech startup so the impact of your work , even if its a bug fix, could be seen easily

Dislikes

Strong Tamil culture. They don't want to represent themselves as an Indian company. They want to be a proud Tamil company. Nothing wrong with that, but don't hire people outside from Tamil Nadu and treat them as outsiders. Poor onboarding of the freshers. You wont get any reimbursement from the company. HRs don't respond to your requests. Poor work life balance (This one is specific to my team) Very few options to eat during lunch time. (for north indians)...Read More
