In Covid -19 pandemic company extends shifts 1-2 hours everyday but not given yearly salary hike to employee.

My designation is Associate Digital Marketing (Email Marketing associate),basically job include scheduled emails on regular basis for B2B marketing , Prepare LP and POC, Sort data according to campaign criteria,submit email campaign report.

Work collaboration is well as most of the colleagues are cooperative and helpful. The appraisals are good than other organizations. You will be very happy with the holiday calendar. The office infrastructure is super cool.

Dislikes

Company policies should be in written as this helps you understand about the rules and regulations of the company. This leads to a sense of professionalism. Favouritism should be eradicated. Machintel should focus on retening employees by recognizing and valuing an individuals work, skills, talent etc and by providing employees withfew decent benefits. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Salary width for manager and above could be better</mark>. Generally speaking, i have got ample career opportunities. My career graph has changed from Analyst to HR. This gave me wide exposure to learn my talent, passion and skills. However the work pressure was high as the HR team was consistently small.
