Work wise there is not much work. If you are looking for job work life balance then you will not have any issue here. But because of less work learning opportunities are also less.

Dislikes

It is very hard to get promotion if you keep doing your work. You need to vocal for it. Hikes are not upto mark. Business is performing well, but still during the hike they will give some nonsense reasons. With same year of experience a new joiner will have far better salary than your.

Work life balance is good. Of course there will be some time when it will be a problem. But it happens rarely.
