Maersk as an organisation is great.. but the rating system over there will come to you as a surprise..Ratings are given by your team leader and are based on grudge they have with you instead of your performance.. Salary appraisal are bad.. please dont plan for long term future in Maersk. Worst leaders they have are in Damco
