Company allows you to work from front at any project they are running and you feel valuable there, but you will get nothing except value

1). Your role is not define when they have work in sale they put you in that or when they have work in backend they put you in backend. 2). Every month they change teams , shuffle all the employee in inside department so that you won't bond with your team members. 3). Hr told you to they offer Saturday Sunday off but they don't, even timings are not as per they said it's around 11 hour a day if you work in revenue department or inside sales 4)<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No appraisal at all even they have 2 appraisal in a year , for first appraisal they told you "we won't give appraisal in 6 month" on second appraisal they make you team lead but not on paper just for a show</mark>. 5). They didn't support anyone even they did lay off I lost my job The work culture is pathetic not organised No professional behaviour,only career growth for stoops. No value for talent always firing employees without any prior notice

Many reasons to dislike samast technology, the organisation is giving promotion with in 5-6 month to a associate as team leader and the organization is giving demotion to the employee from team leader to associate with in 3 months Unethical practices, poor professionalism,no planing ofwork flow, uneccessary stretch without any work load Whole organization is only confused they don't know how to work and value their employees...Read More

No career growth Lame excuses during time of appraisal like : Only for employees working more than 1 year, then company going in loss and finally covid(my 3 experience during appraisal times) To much politics Hectic work environment

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management(John sir and shailesh sir umesh sir or Sunil sir is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year....Read More

Working in magicpin is like you can get lots of opportunity in terms of your career growth.if you are fresher you want some experience so my friend this is right choice. what I like in this company is they give appraisal twise in a year.

Partialty they don't treat you as a employee of the company no work culture, appraisal is not decide here how much you achive appraisal is decided here how long you are in this company and how good is your relation with your manger.
