A favourable place for freshers. A professional workplace with really good people that will help you grow a lot. Friendly and cooperative environment. Flexible working conditions with work from home.

Dislikes

Although a really good place to gain experience, package and benefits are not good. Sometimes, you do overtimes because of projects with short deadlines or less number of members in the team and there is no extra pay for overtimes.

Management is not proper. They will force you for night out and to work on holidays and weekends also, they doesn't care if you are a female employee also. Plan is not proper so they will make you to do night out for each time their plan changes. They will keep your two educational certificates also 2.5 years bond was there for freshers now extended to 3 years. So you have no choice other than doing night out for the 3 years. If you don't do then you will not get appraisal. There is no comp- off Or any extra payment for your extra hour work. Very bad management, you will take breath once you finish your bond period to leave this management. This is a third class company, they hire a student's from colleges saying it's a SAP product based company but the work they do is uploading Excel and bucketing team leads who are just 4-5 years of experience. They have service Bond of 2.5 years because of which you cannot leave in between if you want to leave then you need to pay 1.75 lakhs. CEO treats employee just like an labour who works in hotel.
