Very bad behaviour by supervisors and hod and general manager these guys never support you

Very frustrating environment here at clinical pharmacy department you never get any leave either its sick leave or emergency leave or you get leave only after six months according to department policy here department make their own policy and dont followed any policy by HR if you go to hr for talk they said to go to department any hod and manager never support you they abuse you even and if you said my family member is sick they even said abhi mare to nhi h na, very frustrating environment here...Read More

The clinical pharmacy department is the worst dept in medanta.They are hiring bpharm graduates for the post of clinical pharmacist.The supervisors have no knowledge of anything and they don't even know how to speak in english.The working environment in this dept is really toxic.This dept and it's functioning is spoiling the name of such a reputed organization.
