Owner is very miser , selfish and short minded, looking ar camera al the time for checking employees are working or not, time flexibility is zero, late comings are not allowed, strict lunch timings, late salary coming/ crediting, concept of hire and fire not even thinking to hire candidates for a short period of time, appointment letter is being issued after 3 months to check concern person is best fit or not or otherwise fire him....Read More
