Work culture + following its core value and when I left Michelin it's only because of my salary and looked for some growth in automobile sectors. Michelin is one of the best place to work in terms of work culture and work-life balance. I have worked in Michelin for 10 years and I didn't felt bad even one day and I was very happy and feeling very proud to be a part of the team. I have worked in Production, learning and development and supply chain management dept and the work culture is made in such a way that the respect for human is well maintained. To be honest if I get a opportunity to work again with Michelin I would just close my eyes and approve the order. People who is working in Michelin doesn't know about the value where as the people who have left the organisation would feel how good everyone have been treated in Michelin...Read More

Salary is very poor comparing to same post outside Michelin. For freshers it's not a good platform to grow where as for experienced people it might be a good choice. Apart from that I would say Michelin is one of the best company to work.
