My experience with this company was not positive overall. The workplace culture felt toxic, with little to no opportunities for growth or learning. The compensation provided was not aligned with the workload or expectations, which often led to a lack of motivation. There was significant micromanagement and no emphasis on work-lifebalance, making it challenging to maintain personal well-being. Additionally, I observed favoritism towards employees who had been with the company longer or engaged in flattery, which created an unfair and discouraging environment for others. Office politics seemed to take precedence over meaningful work, which hindered professional development. I would only recommend considering this company as a last resort. This is the worst possible place to work in. Minimal salary, zero perks, micro management at its peak. Since corona no bonuses and appraisals. At the time of appraisals they fire you and that's their practice. Please do not work for people like this who has zero appreciation for their employees. No job security at all, your performance depends not on your work, but on your manager's wish. And Managers hired from other organization are terrible. Some Managers are appointed just to harass you, and make your life hell. No value for employees hard work, dedication, hire management dont know how their managers are behaving. Hopefully DWF will make some change, and give employees some value.
