There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

Nothing is functional. No protocols are in place for inter-department communication. HR team is dysfunctional. Salaries are delayed often. No career growth. Random task allocations. Poor review and appraisal protocols.

Terrible customers and management doesn't bother about employee satisfaction. Customers doesn't bother to call in the midnight and management doesn't take any action on this. PMO job is terrible in this company.

PMO's doesn't have much scope here.. As a L1 & L2 you will get some learning
