Worst working culture here.. Specially working under ortho department is worst.. I joined on July 2023 and still working.. I try to learn as I'm new in this fild but nobody here help to give proper training. I really work hard but no one appropriate.. Instead everyone tells me that I don't do anything.. Ad I'm new here other people like pcf and secretaries give their job burden to me.. People here unnecessary blame you.. Very toxic work environment here.. And also salary very less here and no promotion.. Also if u r absent for one day ur pf will cut off that means around 3000 will go and if u r one min late u will consider as absent..
