Likes

Management not at all supportive. Uses the policy as a weapon towards employees. No appraisal as the hire candidates every 6 months and pressurise the old employees and force them to leave.(their strategy) Not fair salary no incentives no extra benefits no bonus. Mangers aren't at all supportive. Doesn't appreciates but keeps pointing out a slight mistakes. Internally unprofessionals 20rs Night allowance. Doesn't care about customers or employees....Read More
