I liked the team which supports you everytime in every situation

I gained valuable experience at Mirraw. It operates a six day workweek but even then no regular weekoffs this made difficult to maintain a healthly work life balance. The company offers very limited holidays and its often hard to take planned time off. The compensation is not quite aligned with the amount of work and dedication expected from employees despite long hours the salary does not reflect the effort and time put in</mark>. Management not at all supportive. Uses the policy as a weapon towards employees. No appraisal as the hire candidates every 6 months and pressurise the old employees and force them to leave.(their strategy) Not fair salary no incentives no extra benefits no bonus. Mangers aren't at all supportive. Doesn't appreciates but keeps pointing out a slight mistakes. Internally unprofessionals 20rs Night allowance.
